Manage tenants and access

Overview

A tenant is a Bloo installation for a customer, managed by either a Customer or a Bloo Partner. Each tenant has one primary organization and zero or more secondary organizations. Managing a tenant covers who can administer it, who can use it, and what each of those users can see or do.

This page indexes the tasks involved in managing tenants and access:

• View Tenant & Edit Tenant - view a tenant's details and update its configuration.
• Manage Tenant Administrator - add or disconnect a Tenant Administrator, who manages the tenant's user access.
• Manage Tenant User - add or disconnect a Tenant User, who is granted access to the tenant itself.
• Manage Role-based Access - assign roles and scopes to control what each user can see or do within a tenant.
