We believe telemetry deserves a second look.
Every enterprise runs on telemetry.
Every login, transaction, API call, system event, and application interaction creates a record of how the business operates. For years, telemetry has been treated as a necessary burden, something to collect for security or compliance, store as cheaply as possible, and eventually delete.
We believe that's the wrong way to think about it.
Telemetry isn't just operational data. It is the most complete record of how an enterprise functions. When captured, preserved, and understood correctly, it becomes a source of intelligence that can improve security, operations, resilience, and decision-making.
That belief is why Bloo exists.
Our story
A simple observation.
As we worked with large enterprise environments, we saw customers being asked to make impossible choices. They were told to decide which telemetry to keep and which to throw away because existing platforms couldn't afford to store or process everything.
The advice became familiar:
"Be smarter about what you ingest."
To us, that wasn't a best practice. It was a limitation of the technology.
Customers weren't choosing to collect less because they wanted to. They were being forced to because the underlying infrastructure couldn't scale economically.
We believed there had to be a better answer.
Instead of asking enterprises to reduce their visibility, we asked a different question:
What if the infrastructure could handle everything?
That question became the foundation of Bloo.
The engineering bet
We chose to solve the hard problem first.
Before Bloo became a platform, it was an engineering challenge.
Our team had spent years building and operating systems for large-scale enterprise environments. We knew firsthand that traditional approaches to storing and processing telemetry would eventually reach their limits.
Rather than accepting those limits, we assembled a small team of engineers with deep expertise in distributed systems, databases, storage engines, and large-scale infrastructure.
We spent years redesigning the data foundation itself.
The result wasn't just a faster storage engine or another logging platform. It was a fundamentally different way of storing, organizing, and processing telemetry with dramatically lower infrastructure requirements while preserving complete, high-fidelity data.
We continue to improve that foundation every day because infrastructure is never finished.
Our philosophy
Technology should remove complexity, not create it.
The best infrastructure quietly does its job, allowing customers to focus on solving business problems instead of managing data pipelines, storage limits, or licensing constraints.
We care deeply about fundamentals because strong foundations make everything built on top of them better.
We also believe technology is only valuable when it improves the lives of the people who use it. Engineering is how we create value, but customers are why we build.
Every product we develop starts with a real customer problem and is designed to solve it in a simple, practical way.
The horizon
Looking beyond security.
Our journey started with cybersecurity because security teams understand the value of telemetry better than almost anyone.
But we believe the opportunity is much larger.
Telemetry captures the activity of an entire enterprise, not just security events, but operational processes, applications, infrastructure, and business systems.
As organizations adopt automation and AI, this information becomes even more valuable.
AI systems need accurate, complete, and trustworthy information to make good decisions. Humans do too.
